Welcome to Canterbury Therapy.
My name is Emily, and I am an integrative therapist offering affordable counselling in Canterbury, Kent. I provide face-to-face therapy for adults seeking support with emotional difficulties, stress, anxiety, and low mood.
In a safe, face-to-face, confidential space, together we can explore any difficulties you may be facing. Life can feel hard, painful, confusing. Sometimes it can feel as though you are stuck. You may wonder why you feel sad all the time, even though it appears nothing is wrong.
Perhaps you feel overwhelmed- perhaps you feel nothing at all.
Counselling gives you place to talk about these emotions and experiences, to gain clarity and insight into patterns of behavior. Through insight, we can change.
If you’re looking for counselling in Canterbury, you’re welcome to contact me by email or phone to book a free 15-minute consultation.
